Do I need a Gas Certificate?

If you rent your property you must have a Gas Safety Check every 12 months. The Gas Safety Certificate is the record of the Safety Check which must be kept for 2 years and a copy must be issued to each existing tenant within 28 days of the check being completed. EPC London can provide Landlords with the Gas Safety Checks that are needed to stay legal plus and boiler servicing if required.

Our network of GAS SAFE™ (formerly CORGI) registered engineers make appointments at your convenience and undertake a rigorous inspection of the nominated appliances. A Certificate will be issued once the appliances have satisfactorily passed the safety criteria.

How do we keep your tenants safe?

All of our engineers are prompt and professional and provide a first rate service to ensure your gas appliances are safe. They are all registered on the GAS SAFE™ register

In the event of an appliance failing, the gas will be capped off. In the event of the gas supply being found to be unsafe the whole supply will be shut off and a warning certificate and sticker will be issued. If a device fails the check, an explanation will be given and we will supply a quote to repair or replace the faulty appliance. We may even be able to repair it onsite.
